Looking good so far, but one thing you have to be aware of if you're planning on eventually building this, the ball joints that you've used for the elbows might not support the weight of the forearms leading them to always droop.

Are you sure? I experienced these bionicle joints to be very strong.

You might want to make the legs bigger, in length. They seem to be a bit stubby

And the lower legs look a bit thin. Highlander legs are renown for how heavily-built they are.

Good idea switching the arm joints to click ball joints - those should be some of the strongest available without doing complicated technic work.

By the way Iq, I think the two green things in the right centre torso, the lasers are on the other side (left), or not?!
