Too late to put this in tomorrows patch and honestly I haven't looked for UI 2.0 release date yet. If UI 2.0 doesn't address the user.cfg Mouse Sensitivity nonsense then please consider the following.

Add to the next available patcher...

If user.cfg exists do nothing
If user.cfg !exists write out an empty file or put the Mouse entry in with 1.0 or default values.

This will decrease number of times community has to help each and every new player config this file. Also dodges all the crazy about where to put it. ETC ETC ETC!

If your feeling really kind make a post in Help and refer to it in the new file you just dropped.
