Hi everyone guys,
i come from Tribes ascend, imo one of the best competitive franchise in the wrong dev. hands (hirez.. sob.).
I was looking at some gameplay of mwo and liked it but it seems to be far from competitive games.
There's no comp/esport here so should i unistall it immediatly? ;)

Join a group and try to do some drops against another group.

Game balance appears to be done for casual players, not competitive players...

Matches against random groups? You'll never get a Mountain Dew or Doritos sponsorship like that.

No sooner then 6 months till private matches.

Once you can have private matches, then you can get it livestreamed and start building a fan base. Eventually you'll be rolling in the Doritos money. Or at least the empty wrappers of your free complimentary bags of Doritos.

heh.. it's hard to find a good game today.
I always played tribes since 1999 so i'm very demanding about skill oriented fps with a lot of teamwork experience.
I've tried to play bf3 a bit but it was not what i'm searching for and too easy compared to tribes gameplay.

****, it's so bad that today ppl just prefer to play games like lol or dota where all you need is to play 8000000000 hours and study 982834 different magics and hero personal skill ;)

I don't look at a game with "money prize tournament" just a game with 20-30 clan fighting in a ladder and this is seems not one of them.

Well thx for the replys, i'll watch this game some month forward..

Yeah, you're better off waiting for a few months until they implement the matchmaking systems.
There are however player run unofficial tournaments in MWO like Run Hot or Die which are pretty close to what you're describing.

Can't wait to roll in that Doritos dough.

That muffin bread.

That cockolate chip (wrapping) paper.
