I've had two occurrences of both Night Vision and Thermal Vision turn off by themselves. Both occurrences happened towards the beginning of the match, one on Frozen City and the other on River City Night. When it happened on Frozen City, several players also indicated their vision was turned off.

Turning off the vision mode after the bug has occurred will turn it to the "off" state, even though it's visually off. Turning it on again functions normally.

Same experience on those two maps, Also verified with a 4 man in voice chat that it seems to happen team wide.
We run different hardware specs (quite widley so) and both Nvidia and AMD cards exhibit this behavior.

Yup happens to me from time to time. AMD card, probably related to the old HUD issues somehow.

While on the subject of thermal vision...why is it that THERMAL visions allows one to see more clearly through HOT explosions in one's face?

I have this bug sometimes also.

Aside note also is the extreme FPS drop caused by thermal especially when mass fights are happening at close ranges.

I also have this bug. While the nightvision effect disappears from view, it seems the computer still thinks it is "on". It takes two keypresses to re-enable the effect (one to turn it "off" and another to turn it "on" again). The sound effect associated with the filter always plays when you turn it "off" (even though the effect itself disappeared silently). AMD card here as well. I have had this bug both before and after the HUD bugs hot-fix.
