I am currently seeking 1-2 Elite light pilots to join my wing

The Lancers are a single wing of elite light pilots who study and specialize in force recon on the battlefield

The Lancers are an academic Unit that will push your scout mech and your skills to their limits.

If you complete a trial within the Lancers as a cadet you will receive my full recommendation when you apply to Clan Snow Raven, a top tier competitive unit who have fought their way to the top of the N.A RHoD bracket. Snow Raven has a long history, dare to join that history.

While Enrolled in the unit as a Cadet we will study

• Ambush tactics
  
• Recon/Enemy movement
  
• map locale call signs
  
• Kite and Fight
  
• ECM Cohesion
  
• Proper Radio Protocol

Again i must stress that the Lancers exist as a screening unit, a school for elite light pilots who wish to push the boundaries of their talent and develop a strong trust with other scouts within the wing. In forming this trust, we can learn each others play style and achieve good unit cohesion. Clan Snow Raven is a unit that thrives on smaller numbers of greatly talented pilots and commanders, as such i can only accept a maximum of 2 pilots into the wing.

I require highly specialized pilots on my wing, if you think you have what it takes to learn this important niche, and push its boundaries then please apply.

i cannot process this app, you posted your BASE stats, i clearly requested your MECH stats.

I prefer speedy mech, I like to do close up hit and run, and I like to scout.

Why do you want to join this wing?
Looking for a more serious team/group to play with and to improve oneself.

Nothing in particular that's worth mentioning.

None, but I am a big Gundam fan.

5-6hours per day.

Why are light mechs your choice?
Tactically, I find them more diverse than any other weight class.

Why do you want to join this wing?
Mostly curious. Still trying to figure out whether to stay casual or join a team.

What is your current competitive gaming experience?
None

What is your experience with the mechwarrior franchise?
Been playing on and off since tabletop first came out back in the 80's.

What hours can you play?
Varies. Likely between 2-3 hours a day. Family comes first though.

With no basis of comparison I'm not really sure what to put down here.
