What are you looking to do with a build? Or are you just asking which one is "better"?
I would of put this topic in the medium section, but it will probably be fine here. If there is a problem a mod will probably just move it.

well the lasers is good at pinpointing parts and destorying that part, but it overheats fast, while the other loadout is the standard 4sp loadout since it has the missiles thingy...LOL, but i tried it, i guess its the standard one that works best

EndoSteel, FerroFibrous, 13 DoubleHeatsinks,
2 LargeLasers, 3 MediumLasers, 2 StreakSRM2 (1 ton ammo)
Standard 250 engine and almost maxed armor (little off from legs)
Little hot build so needs careful fire contol. Hunchback can not take much beating anyway, so it is better to give few shots and retreat to cover while cooling down. Streaks are there to fend off lights. I'd be tempted to try and squeeze in BAP too (to get lock on ECM lights), but it's really hard to do on that build now. Another choice would be to install SRM4 and SRM2 instead of streaks.
Hunchies have been the only mechs I've installed both Endo and Ferro so far.

Support your Heavy/Assault brawlers. Don't feel the need to spam the SRM volleys constantly, they will spike your heat.
Lights will hate you build
Not my own work, but it was an unpleasant surprise the other day. Not fast enough to run down a light, but will screw one up if it finds it in a brawl. Can supplement Heavies/Assault as per the above.
LRM build
Kind of a tentative build. Try to use direct fire with the LRMs to support the frontline, and TAG for your own missiles. Backup armament is...poor. Use your relative speed to keep out of reach of Heavies while landing LRMs on them. Be jealous of Trebuchets with their JJs.

This isnt something for PUG Games though as it relies heavily on teammates keeping the opponents busy by presenting more pressing targets. It's more of a crowd control mech that keeps the opponents behind cover because of the "incomming missiles" warning while the rest of my team takes care of the mechs which Im not shooting at (well mostly just towards them as most of the time they are behind cover. The whole point is not to let them out of cover... If one target does come out of cover and tries to make a break, then I switch from chain fore to group fire for the LRMs and pound them seriously).
EDIT: HBK-4SP LRM30 Art.

The build I use is very close to that, though I use a standard 250 and dropped each leg armor to 39 in order to add two more DHS.

adding the BAP and the extra ammo makes it run a little hot cause it cost me a couple heat sinks to add but the joys of targeting those ecm ravens that are standing right in front of you secure in the ecm shield and ssrming them right back is always good for a laugh as suddenly they don;t want to be near you anymore. plus BAP doesn;t show up when you have a mech targeted so they won;t know you have it until all those streaks it was ignoring/neutralizing suddenly hone in on it.

Two LRM 5's or two SRM6's??? Anyways this is how I run my HBK-4SP. Armed with four Medium Lasers, two ASRM6's, and a Medium Pulse Laser for backup, all with a 260 STD engine and max armour (excluding 8 points from each leg).

I do not think I would go LRM on this mech. The "other" missile hunchie does that a lot better IMO, because it requires you to slow down your mech a lot(engine) and stay back unless you just want to annoy people with a LRM5. I put a 15 and a 10 on my J hunchie, and that one only does 65kph after tweak. But it works because the hunch on that thing is monstrously huge. The SP has like, no hunch, so it tends to do well in speedy brawler loadouts.
i would say, Streaks or SRM6, and ML. maybe with streaks, put at least one LL on for some more range and punch. Depending on how well you deal with heat, an ERLL allows you to fire out with OK dmg to 1000M. Not as efficient brawling though.
Really, any combo of short range missiles and lasers and a good sized engine is going to work on this mech. It is pretty versatile within that closer range role.

2x SRM6's
4-5x Medium Lasers
I personally prefer the Hunchback 4G (3x ballistics) and 4P (Swayback laser boat), but that's just my play style. My 4G runs 2x Large Lasers and 3x Machine guns. Amazing heat efficiency.

Well in an ideal situation the enemy would be targeting assaults, heavies, or wasting ammo on lights. That being said, having AMS typically means less heat sinks/DHS, SRM ammo, no Artemis, or a smaller engine. You could downgrade to SRM4s or SSRM2s+BAP to fit an AMS, but that would be less damage.
