what ever 4 Trial Mechs are up that hour. This game mode would help new players learn about the game playing against the same Mechs they can select to play. Only difference will be the player controlling that Trial Mech. As Trial Mechs all are available to all players you get the good with the bad until they change and then you may get more Bad.
Currently Trial Mech's only get CB. But at end of game XP is calculated and shown in summary but not used. In a Trial Mech only game change this XP into CB at the rate of 100 * XP. If we use an average of 500 XP a game this would mean an extra 50K CB. It would make the XP mean a lot more and help newer players learn the game without ECM, modules and game skills.
I seen a lot of people complain about the MM/ELO system and destroying their WIN/LOSS ratio. In this new game mode there would be NO ELO system, purely a Mech tonnage system as there is now. Then the stats are tracked as a separate item by class, no need to track Mech as it’s a Trial Mech and players have just a class selection available, and WIN/LOSS for each class is as GOOD or BAD as a player can get it.
Thus if a player wishes to show the world how Great they are with a 100% win rate they can. Each game with Trial Mechs would be a random match up based only on Tonnage/Class mix in each team.
