First off just let me say welcome to the forums. Also, great mech design... looks a little bit like an industrial mech design, only rather extensively modified. Have you thought of a name for that mech type yet? Gotta get creative... most of the impressive names are already taken! I'm a really big fan of the idea that it's not the company who creates the new mechs, so much as it is individual PEOPLE who have a great idea, and create something. Your mech design is really cool. I suggest giving it a name, and then trying to arm/equip it, giving it armor, engine, skeletal structure, and other equipment. Your design may never see any more fame than what's on this forum and in this thread, but for you at least, it would be that much more real... because you took the time to MAKE it real. I'll give you a possible start: your mech looks like it could weigh in at somewhere between 45-65 tons, based upon the person standing in the front of it. Check out some of the other mechs in the Medium to Heavy weight classes to see what they're armed/armored/etc with.

Even if you never choose to take that design any further than that post, I still commend you on it's creation. Kudos. Very good design, indeed.


Edit: Perhaps name that mech design "Cujo", after that movie from 80's. Just a thought.

Personally seeing as im new and this is my first post/reply/anything on this. Id like to say that if this game were to have melee or a FPS style of snipering, that thing WOULD have it! looks like it would have a ppc on its right arm...
