I was trying to buy some MC using the same credit card I used to buy my founders and it is declining me now. It is a pre-paid wal-mart card, which I know it says is not always supported but this same very card worked before, and not now.

Also have the same issue, tried Paypal and also my credit card, but both get rejected.

Welp, I just found out why, UltimatePay blocks you from making more than one payment within 5 days of the previous payment. Well if you don't want my money PGI then you won't get it.

I'm having that same issue but my last purchase was on 5/10/2013 with the exact same card/info/etc. Nothing has changed since then...tried 3 other cards and my PayPal and all are getting rejected.
