And yet support just said reinstall and close the call.
Done this - no improvement.
Frankly they don't seem to believe that one moment everything was fine, then after their patch it was messed up somewhere - and we are to magically know if it is our config or their code to fix.
Could they please add a diagnostic tool that simulated a game against the servers check for latency, packet loss ... so I don't keep having to try and fix it only to crash out of games.
