Lol if I was to tell the people considering buying this to give $500 to an old lady in the street so she could pay her heating bill I'd be looked at as if i'm insane, but they will pay $600 for this..
Guess my priorities are out of balance huh ?
Old lady in the street, but has a heating bill???? Awww......
Instead, since you are concerned about this "lady in the street with a heating bill", why don't you give her your money? Maybe if you sell a few items, like the computer you posted with, you can also help a few more ladies in need. See how many people come out of the woodwork to take your gratuity until you've nothing left.
So go cry a river. If you looking for sympathy it's a well stocked section at Hallmark. Just don't try to foster your benevolence with our income.

Yes, you can. you'll pick up a few features indicative to DX11.1 as well as a bit of performance increase from the newer firmware, but don't expect miracles over what you'd get from the 680. There are already a few firmware upgrades out there, just make sure you match up your exact model specs.
