I have two daughters myself, the youngest of which is also five. Kids at this age are absolutely full of potential; and to hear of one passing so young is the worst kind of tragedy. You have my very deepest condolences.

Sincerest condolences for the loss.

A Jenner in her memory would have a permanent spot in my Mech Bay.

I would ask PGI to consider putting shades of pink or purple on sale this weekend. A pattern of ribbons, maybe just for the Jenner, would also be possible for you to produce and sell. These would probably sell better than a Hero Jenner and allow more people to have access to them (Although the Hero Jenner idea is not terrible, but how would you configure it? A D with ECM, finally?).

Sarah was taken out of the game of life way too early. She had (or 'has', since she still lives in spirit) much to experience.

My deepest condolences go to her family. Carry her with you everywhere, and honor her.

I've lost someone who I could've been friends with last year. It was the saddest thing to experience, considering the fact that I rarely meet people like this person.

Godspeed little Sarah.

PGI do whatever it takes to make this hero mech or paint or whatever happen, donate 100% of the profits to cancer research.

You want to help make a difference now is your time.

Dear Jon,

As a member of the [FRR] "Skjaldborg" I would like to offer our deepest condolences for you and your family during this time.

Dear PGI,

I don't care how much it costs or what it is if it's in her name I will buy it.

Also a free black or pink "armband"/"stripe" for all mechs who want to wear it would also be nice as a fast way to show our love.

I have a DRG-5N(C) named "SERA" she will be refitted and brought back into battle tonight in Sarahs honor.

I haven't been around for months but I still drop in to check out updates from time to time and I saw this...I don't know that I can say anything that hasn't already been said better. I have no children but have lost family to cancer. I'm having trouble seeing my screen right now,
R.I.P. Sarah and may your family find strength to heal. I never met you (in game or life) but I guarantee I will remember you for the rest of my life. The world was a brighter place with you in it and you will be greatly missed.
Kudos to everyone who posted and shared, you were all very moving with your posts and support. It is really great to see the community band together like this even if the circumstances are some of the worst imaginable. Take care everyone.

My sincere condolences. I don't have kids myself, but my 2 nephews are little angels (sometimes monsters! :P) and I'd never want them anything bad to happen to them... I can't even imagine how painful it must be.

Dev's It's been a long time since I posted around here... and to copy and past my earlier sentiments from Face book:

Wesley Norman Clark: MWO, Piranha Games... do the girl a service so we will all remember her... make Hero Jenna, name it after her, donate the proceeds to the cancer association.
To end:

Fare Thee Well MechWarrior

MechWarrior, cling thee not to this world,
As it holds for you no more.
But listen! Listen for the song from afar,
And heed the lilting call of the land that awaits.

Let the final breath slip from your pierced chest,
And your broken hands fall from the stick.
Bend your bloodied brow to this life,
And let tumble the shattered helm that once cradled your head.

Leave behind these acrid smokes of the fields,
These swirling battlegrounds of charred metal, bone and flesh.
Depart from the flashing fires that filled your eyes with destruction,
And abandon the burning hulk of steel and crimson that was your mount.

Hold not to this realm,
But hasten! Hasten down the twisting path to the mountains.
To the dark mountains and beyond,
And across the shimmering sea.

Voyage then. Voyage thee well MechWarrior.
Voyage thee well and long.
Cross the great divide,
And find the land that beckons with its Siren’s song.

Where swords and strife cannot follow,
Nor can cruel laser and cold gauss reach.
Where rolling hills of soft sun and velvet grasses embrace,
And quiet waters sooth your beleaguered soul.

Then, lay thee down MechWarrior,
Lay thee down and sleep.
Dream the dreams of victors…
Loose the silver cord…
And find your peace complete.

Fare thee well MechWarrior.
Fare thee well.

I almost wanna do a reading of this. It's a lovely poem and for some reason I'm imagining it over a montage of ingame footage and panoramas from the maps. Anyone else think this tribute would be even better with a vid?

I'll post what comes out of the reading if I have enough time to do it.

RIP Sarah.
They shall not grow old,
As we who are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them
Nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun
And in the morning,
We shall remember them.
Lest we forget.

Please PGI, make this ‘mech happen.

If my PC was working correctly i would be playing my Jenner in an all-black paint job and do nothing but stand with my 'mechs head down for one whole match in her honor. I will then in the next match go crazy and pick a fight with a heavy by my self in her honor. Then one match where i fire my weapons in the air while jump jetting. Someone should do some videos of that happening. A "Match of Silence", "Match of "Get'em good"", and a "Match of the Honor Guard Salute". Yeah, those would be nice to do and post!

AND I WANT THAT HERO JENNER TO BE LIKE SARAH'S!!!!!!!!!! I'LL BUY 10,000 OF THEM IF I COULD!!!!!!!!!!!

As a dedicated heavy/assault pilot, if PGI were to do this, I would buy my first light mech for this.
