And, if i may suggest, additional way - "charity items" for cockpit. Same idea, but little more versatile.

PGI, you started something with the introduction of the Founders program. Start something with this.

5 jumpjets, comes with 2 streak srms, 4 medium lasers, BAP, and the best armor/engine it can fit + 3 jumpjets.
unique hardpoints loadout on a 35 tonner with jumpjets.
Do it.

Not trying to snub you, as It is a logical argument. But I think this would generate more money as this would just be a click of the button for those who have the MC laying around and because I think we see our mechlabs more than a cancer fundraising website. Plus I think for the family (and those with similar experiences), it would provide just a slightest bit of comfort to know so many of us are sympathetic to their loss and support them.
I have two daughters myself at around Sarah's age. How many times have I have my own daughter sitting on my lap while playing this game. "Can I pick the robot daddy? Is that a good guy or the bad guy?". And to hear a story like this...Man, right in the gut. With the older age group of this player base I gotta think many players out there are just like Sarah's father. That good ol' guy, just out there making a living for the family, trying to be a good father, and wants to shoot at robots at the end of the day.
Dear PGI,
I too support this idea. I never really post on these forums (this is my second post about a year apart from the first one) but I wanted to show my support. A portion of the proceeds (because we know you have your costs) would be fair. No need to worry about balance, Just make it a champion with a standard variant. Maybe have the exhaust spit out daisy's and the jump jet flame rainbows.....
Just kidding the suggestions there, but please make this happen.
Mech Pilot Daddies will give you our thanks.
Sincerely,
BrotherSharp
PS ninja edit: I also heard someone suggest a cockpit item. That I thought was a good idea. Less work on PGI's side. And people will less MC could participate. Those with more MC can always buy multiple items. I would be happy with that as well.

We all weep for your loss, Jon. Stay strong, fellow warrior.
I work in a hospital and often with terminal patients... I've been witness to what families go through and I've been fortunate enough to not experience it myself. My sincerest condolences to Sarah's family.
As a fellow Jenner pilot I too would proudly pilot a "Sarah-phim"

I'd actually be thinking a new "charity" class of premium paints (namely because it's easy/fast to develop), named after the charity they would support and could even go as far as weekend promo/memorial events for them (maybe distasteful to some, but i'd see it as a tribute). All monies to the charity ofc

I would like to make one request though. If you do make a hero jenner (which you should(HINT HINT)) can it come with another mech bay slot as well? That will help those that don't like having more than 4 mech bays. Just a thought.
