Remember that the top speed is with the default engine. There isn't a Centurion alive that remains 64.8 km/h. It's engine caps were similar to 9-AL and 9-A. So it wouldn't be as fast as the Wang, still, but it wouldn't be that slow either once you swap the engine out with an XL.
Sounds more than legitimate enough to be put back into the game.
