Will the MC points reset another time (maybe when game is officially launched) I'm wondering if I should spend money now on asthetic goodies or wait until it's released to respec and recamo eveything?

The last reset was last October.
Anything you spend now is "playing for keeps" and is a permanent purchase.

They may reset skills, assists, damage done, that sort of thing. currency, mechs, XP, unlocks will not.

Nope.
They've stated several times already that MCs (and any other "money") won't be re-setted anymore.
The only possible reset to this point would be a complete stat-reset.
