Was just wondering if the founders packs will be available outside of North America... like in Australia? Picked up MechWarrior in 1995 and have been a big fan of the series since. If I could get in on July 17th,I would gladly pay $60.... and the ELITE Mech sounds pretty sweet as well. Thank you

Yes you will be able to purchase any of the founder packs, they are simply limited in use to the NA server, which for us aussies will most likely be our primary since the odds of a oceanic/Aus server are slim at best.

Actually the exchange rate is so bad for the euro that a direct comparison puts $60 as 50 euros ...

so its not THAT far off

Depends, if you buy the founder package for the NA servers, the price will be 60 USD (so about 48 €).

If you mean a yet to be announced EU-package for yet to be announced EU-servers, that would most likely be priced in €

It wouldn't be for sale at a Euro price, since (so far) the only package is in USD for a north american server. At current exchange rate that's 47.75 Euro, not counting any taxes or exchange rate fees.

Also note that server migration is not yet announced (and in fact any international servers are not yet announced at all)

Very true ... before I buy any packs I will wait on confirmation of server migration.

It would be a very good way for them to make a lot of money.

It all depends how much of a task it will be to migrate some 100,000 people!

Click of a button ... cool ... 5 mins work each ... not so cool

I think they'll eventually offer EU servers, probably in open Beta or a few weeks before.
When they got the important stuff done.
Then, it's probably going to bearound 50€; Think about what they promise: Pay 60, get 80; If you'd pay 60€, you'd also get more for it.
