Add A Connection Between Doing Damage And Capping

Edit: I mislabeled the topic.More accurately, its connecting number of teammates and cap speed.

Situation: A game of Assault, say on Tourmaline, two teams move and begin fighting. A light sneaks by and starts capping. The other team is too overextended and the match ends almost before it began. Some are happy with this result, but others who came wanting to fight are left disappointed, even on the winning team.

I think there should be some way to affect capping with fighting. Maybe the fewer mechs there are on your team, the faster your cap reaches. At the very start when there are full teams, capping is unbearably slow, but when its just you, look out.
