AKA, Highlander's little brother.

Not going to get Dragon Slayer because the hardpoints made me think that only 3PPCs+Gauss poptart build is effective on it, like HGN-732.

As for the rest:

VTR-9B. Built it after a certain DRG-5N config from this thread--http://mwomercs.com/forums/topic/123750-dragon-5n-is-op/

VTR-9K. I am so glad I didn't buy Heavy Metal. This config is nearly identical.

VTR-9S. Brawler build similar to AS7-D-DC. Just waiting for the SRMs to become useful again.

What about you?

With an actual AC20... I'm leaning towards an AC20, SRM's (once buffed) and ERPPC's. How to build them I'm yet unsure, I've got 2 weeks before my other 2 rides come along!

This is definitely a mech that once basic I only keep one. Prolly the 9s, got the tubes for good srm6 and can carry the ac20.

I've already planned them out.
Of course, these are assuming some SRM buffs and PPC nerfs coming next patch.

Probably only keep the 9K because I really like my arms to be fully articulated and since the other two are set up for the AC/20 they won't be.

For my build I am leaning toward:

ER PPC
Gauss
2 ML
2 SSRM2s
15 DHS
350 XL
4 JJ
Endo

They're likely to be half-articulated like the Highlander 733C, or in other words have half the arm motion of the 9K variant on both arms, rather than no motion on one and full on the other.

I like the Dragonslayer build, I just swapped the SRM and MPL for 2xStreaks 2xML and some extra ammo to keep it fighting in longer 12v12 matches.

I'm going with the 9S and 9K. I picked up the DS... I have never piloted any assaults (other then 2 match's in trial Awesome's, and one in a trial Atlas... Both during Monday Marik Madness events), so a Fast Assault that behaves allot like the Lovechild of a Heavy Metal and a Dragon appealed to me.

The 9S should be a beast if SRM's get the love they need... Like a Heavily Armored CN9-AH.

The 9K looks promising, and you're build is about what I was thinking as well.
