[Cpl Buttlescut]

Before I get myself too involved in this lively community, I often ask myself what you might be thinking every time I make a new post "what do get from this name?". I want to know, what is the impression you get from this tag?

As a person who spends anywhere from minutes to hours, and occasionally days coming up with a character name, I understand your situation, and admire you for being 'one of us', as we're nearly extinct.

My first impression was also a play on words for Corporal Scuttlebutt, and what came to mind was a slightly comical anime style pirate. Just being honest. Not a self-image I could stand to have in my head while playing Mechwarrior Online, but this is where my penchant for moniker perfection differs from yours - I don't consult more than one or two people about my names as there's always somebody who has an interpretation or image that you're not going to like. Though perhaps comical anime pirates are your thing!
