Really looks like something based off a Dragon Chassis to me. The one in the back is interesting too... in a giant samuraï kind of way

It is the DRG-11K Dragon II, a high-tech 2nd generation model of an iconic DCMS 'Mech. It features an endo-steel chassis, light ferro-fibrous armor, a compact gyro and double heat sinks. Its weapons are a Lord's Light Mk2 ER-PPC, a Shigunga Arrow IV Artillery System and one Type 25PX Medium X-Pulse Laser.
A rare variant is the DRG-11R, which contains Clan technology seized from Nova Cat stores.

This TRO is an interesting read, not in the least because it contains so much background information on the DCMS deployments and pilots associated with the various vehicles and 'Mechs, as well as talking of the highly successful Combine invasion of the Federated Suns. I also like the many images that accompany the readout!

Iie, that would be a RK-4T Rokurokubi - a Light 35-ton BattleMech with an AC/5 and a sword; a spiritual successor to the Panther. It is very popular with young Kuritan MechWarriors who yearn for a chance to earn their reputation.

A common variant replaces the Autocannon with an ER-PPC.
