If, at the start of a game, a teammate walks forward for a minimum of 2 seconds, then comes to a dead stop and doesn't move for a full 4 seconds, an icon should flash over their heads indicating that it is alright for me to alpha strike them to death.
I would pay any price for this kind of feature. Cowards must be executed.
