So far i have had great fun with my 3 Blackjack variants:
Swayjack:
http://mwo.smurfy-ne...c2456399d16da47
8 ML of which 6 are mounted on the high arms with 19 DHS make it a killer flanker
Beastjack:
http://mwo.smurfy-ne...4fbabb9ac7fff46
Slightly less speed, heat efficiency and low range alpha but with a higher effective range and all weapons on the arms, this is my favourite loadout so far. I usually get 500+ dmg and 2-4 kills per match and in some cases even 1000+ dmg
Laserjack:
http://mwo.smurfy-ne...be3433a139e9fc5
Good medium range damage with a good heat efficiency and high maneuverability make this variant great for fire support or to hunt down escaping lights.
Dakkajack II:
http://mwo.smurfy-ne...9f14531b67f02f1
Good medium to high range DPS and a higher long range alpha than the stock variant make it a great fire support 'mech
I am still experimenting with different loadouts but these ones have been the most fitting for my playstyle so far and i had great fun unlocking master efficiencies for all of them while being able to contribute to my team. So far there are only two problems i've had with the Blackjack:

- with a low torso-twist angle and a lot of energyweapons in most variants, it can be difficult to play until you have unlocked atleast the basic efficiencies
- all that firepower tends to let you forget that you are piloting a 45 ton mech so always remind yourself that your armor is only rated between the Cicada and the 50 tonners

Funny thing though. People defending the Blackjack are only using the BJ-1X variant
. Nothing wrong with that though, I think the Swayback Hunch is really the go to chassis for that mech as well (just IMO).

BJ 3 tends to run a little hot but fun
BJ 1 can be a great cityfighter (sesmic sensors + JJ + high armmounted weapons= finally a mech that mekes cood use of rooftops ;-) - will probably keep this one)
BJ 1x overheated pice of crap that manouvers like a drunken atlas in close combat. Only vialbe use for all that e-hardpoints seem to be sneakalphas followd by run like a little girl until you have cooled of and people stoped to follow you.
BJ 1 DC not tested and never will
