Ok I didn't know where to put this, but I've been having an issue.
I will log into a game with no problems play for 5 to 10 mins and the screen will go black and I will be back at the launch screen with a mech still in game. Happens in every game, I am not getting any heat feedback from my tower can run everything else at 100% or near. I have reformated my HD and reinstalled mwo. updated all drivers to new and back dated all drivers to last release. I am currently running a Intell quad 2.66, 8gigs ram, nvidia 560. Normally I run fullscreen windowed at 1900x1200 which used to work great, I've tried fullscreen lower res windowed lower res. I am out of ideas if anyone has a suggestion let me know please.

Hey, buddy. I've been having the same problem, every darn match.
I even did just as you with a reformat and such. Maybe try resetting your router. Since thinking about it today (and also scrounging around the forums) it looks like it may be something to do with the connection. Here's the thread with the details:

This seems to be a bug in a recent patch. More people having this type of issue here: http://mwomercs.com/...-1st-time-evah/
