I would recommend using a Windows Reboot Hammer but as it is a third party tool, I cannot offer any assistance with it.

Before attempting to go any further, please ensure the wall is solid, or that you are standing in front of a support beam, as drywall sections found in modern buildings tend not to accept the following procedure.
Please angle your head backwards away from the wall about 20 degrees, and then in a forward motion, swing your head into said wall. please continue doing this while pressing F5.
Results have been varied for different users.
