This bug sometimes manifests, we're working on a fix.

In the meantime, a work around can be found by pushing F5 a lot.

The ironic thing? He's being completely truthful; none of us can join a match in MWO. Granted, this is mostly because we don't have access, but it's still a factual statement.

Have you tried checking that the servers are plugged into the wall and the database hamster-wheel's are lubricated with CRC Food Grade Machine Oil?
I would recommend using a Windows Reboot Hammer but as it is a third party tool, I cannot offer any assistance with it.

If you require further assistance regarding your inability to join the game, please locate your nearest convenient wall.

Before attempting to go any further, please ensure the wall is solid, or that you are standing in front of a support beam, as drywall sections found in modern buildings tend not to accept the following procedure.

Please angle your head backwards away from the wall about 20 degrees, and then in a forward motion, swing your head into said wall. please continue doing this while pressing F5.

Results have been varied for different users.
