You mean people think there are approximately 10 people employed by PGI and IGP in total? Furthermore they honestly believe they're sharing the work load? That's laughable!

To the posters who are displeased I say this: This sale is pointless for me, too... BUT, let's be honest here: There ARE people who use MC to buy these mechs even if you or I don't. And those people are happy about these sales.

The alternative would be no sale at all. Face it, they aren't going to put hero mechs on sale every week.

So... in conclusion, I say better luck next week. *shrug*

I want value for my money.. why buy with MC's something I can buy with c-billls? If Im spending mone it should be something out of the box.. not as much as it turns into a "pay to win" but enough to make me have the feeling of money well spent.. My Dragon-5N(c) is a good example. kitted out with all the bells and whistles and giving a small bonus to XP. Doesnt give me any particular advantage on the battlefield but helps me level it up faster.
But I guess these MC sales also cater to the casual gamer that doesnt have time to grind c-bills to get a cool mech.

Those are the only things that will get me to buy again. What's more, I'll need to see another big patch first to know that you aren't just going to break everything again. This last patch was the first time in 6 weeks I was able to actually play the game with a reasonable error rate.

If that happens, and you put the MC on sale, I'll buy the big package. Then put the bays on sale and I'll buy 20+. Then put the hero mechs on sale and I'll buy 5 or so. Then Premium time. Then GXP conversion. I'll buy all of that if I see reasonable deals on it. Otherwise you'll get nothing (except me continuing to play the game for free). Period.

You are really whining about the Monthly trial by fire sale? Since March there are this Trial sales on the last week of the month. And every time only Mechs no more. So i think you should be familiarised to this procedure.

And i think its not the right topic to complain about the Devs i think.

Highlander is a good deal, jager can be ac 20'd up...I hate the champion jenner though omg yucky should have had 6 mlas or 4 mplas.

Given the nature of things, I hope that they never have a 'Mech Bay sale. This is one of the things in the game that is really inexpensive and if people are complaining about the costs here, it is silly.

You just pay 400 MC for a new 'Mech Bay..

As for what they should be selling during these “Fire Sales”, is another story.

While some people are interested in getting a lot of these mechs and don’t have as much time as other players do, to build up their c-bills, it is a great deal for them.

What I would like to see, is the unlocking of a unique skin for Fire Sales. Not one for every ‘Mech, but one pattern that can be used with any ‘Mech that is purchased during a Fire Sale with MC.

If this is too difficult, then slap a free onetime use skin on the ‘Mech.

Both of these options will possibly increase the likelihood that you will garner more sales and help bring down some of the complaints.

While most of the complaints are ignorant meme threads, some of them are can be viewed as valid.

If these Fire Sales are not producing the numbers you want in sales, a different approach is needed.
If they are instead producing the numbers you want in sales, then another approach is not needed.

The reason there's no Light on sale is because the Jenner is a Champion Jenner - a special Jenner Variant that earns a +10% XP bonus for every match. It's not on sale because it's a fancy Jenner that's available for MC only. They did the same thing last time when they had a Champion Dragon in the Trial Mech lineup. Come sale time, they put the Light, medium, and Assault on sale but not the Champion Mech.

Hero Mechs and Champion Mechs usually get their own dedicated Sale events.

I think I'll probably buy either my first Highlander or my first Jager in this sale. (I've just ground out three Atlases, and spending $5 or so to get started on another chassis really isn't a big ask.)

I understand why the sale doesn't appear to some people. Fair enough. But it will appeal to some people, and to be honest I am surprised and thankful that we get sales at all.
