Getting really tired of this error crashing my game, then locking up the mech involved for 30 minutes or more after restarting the game.
Repair tool says everything's fine.

I was getting the same issue a month back but after running the tool it said the objects.pak was corrupted and installed a working version. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

Use the MWO Repair Tool. It'll make life easier than a complete reinstall.

i run the repair tool several times a day. Half the time it finds a problem, the other half the time it doesn't.
In this particular case, it found no problem. I played a different game for the rest of the night, came back to MWO this morning... and guess what happened on the very first match? Same error (Canyon map), mech locked up and no longer available.
This is absolutely ridiculous. This game runs more like an Alpha than a supposed Beta (and what game sits in Beta taking people's money for a year?).

Well, they have had memory/file corruption problems, so they'll take their sweet time not dealing with it until it really hurts them aka everyone whining (like the HUD bug).
