My sides... orbit, etc.
Seriously though, why'd you keep the crappy variants? I've gotten almost each chassis up to "master" level (with the exception of the Commando, Kintaro, Trebuchet, and Quickdraw), but after I hit "master" level on a chassis I usually sell one or two to free up mechbays.

Nice job, but it would have been EVEN better to not use Mech XP to General XP conversions. I see a lot of 0 XP remaining on those mastered mechs.

I have all 88 currently available variants mastered.
Edit:
Well, its only 87 variants in MWO right now. #88 in my Mechhangar is the Sarah Jenner.

Finished the Kintaros this week. Could have probably done it last week but i have cut my MWO time because its boring when the only thing you can do is mastering the mechs.
Hey, Devs, how about implementing the achievements?

While achievements are not on the horizon, and I am not PGI so I can not update your member title to "Cookie Warrior"....From one "Cookie Warrior" to another I pass to you the first cookie (before PGI updated my "member title") given to me by Wiley Coyote (thank you so much for that Wiley, I have not forgotten)...

I look forward to the day we melt metal together Wieland - o7
Now get out of your mom's basement.
/wink
//sheepish grin
Side Note but kind or relevant:
One of the many, many great things about my unit is our Awards program that recognizes our Knights achievements with ribbons some members display in their signatures in the unit forums like the following...

I welcome you Wieland to check Banditman's recruitment thread if you are interested in a unit that has/tracks 'achievements'.

When you have 100 mech bays....why NOT? /wink

The OP is shopped, or at least 'painted'....I took screen shoots, then used MS Paint to crop and arrange the images, but as to the content of the images...it is all original.
It is indeed true that MANY mechs were intially mastered with converted XP (there were also many that I just striaght up leveled). That said, I play ALL the mechs (even the 'misfit' variants) at least once.
I have at least 100 drops on ALL chassis so far (with the most drops in a single variant is the AS7-D-DC @ 1,457...since PGI started keeping stats that is) except the CDAs (51 drops) and DRGs (62 drops) I am working on them, just not a big fan of either.

I can not WAIT for UI 2.0...oh please be released soon.
Review....
Boar's Head is $$$...if you can get past that, this mech is a c-bill grinding MACHINE. (10+ million c-bills over the 74 matches to master).
It moves like a slug to start, but once you get the x2 it feels more flexible than my D-DC...best match over the 74 matches to master was 4 kills, 4 assists and 700+ damage.
Bigger engine...yes please.
Arm mounted lasers....yes please. (can still put good damage on mechs that are above/below you).
C-Bill bonus on a 100 ton mech.....yes please.
Disclaimer: This mech can run hot...fast. The Boar's Head is very expensive and a STK-M can give/take similar damage for a lot less money.

Locust:

Shadow Hawk:

Thunderbolt:

Battlemaster:

Armando's quick thoughts on each....
Locust: I'm not going to say useless, I will say I have not found a use for it. Then again, I am not a great (or even good) light pilot so....
Shadow Hawk: I love this mech, and it might be the best skirmisher in the game right now.
Thunderbolt: The only variant I care for is the 9SE (hello jump jets), the other two are 'ok'.
Battlemaster: PGI did a great job with this mech and I have found load outs for all 3 that I really like.
Overall Report: The Shadow Hawk and Battlemasters were worth the price of admission....the locust is 'fun' but not effective, and the Thunderbolt is 'alright' but nothing as spectacular as the SHDs and BLRs.
