Yesterday played fine. Today I've had 15 disconnect from the server over 17 games. This is making it kind of hard to complete the 25 wins. At one point I had four mecs stuck in four different matches at the same time.
Nothing has changed on my computer, Youtube, Soundcloud, Pandora, and three other games run with out a hitch.

This game really needs a way to rejoin a match after you get bumped out.

Yeah I just DCed 2 times in a row (I very, very rarely disconnect). I reset my router and modem after the first one, running the MWO repair tool now.

Edit: I just did a couple speed tests and my connection seems to be all over the place. Tried again after my ping calmed down, no dice

So yeah, unable to get in a single match tonight. I tried 6 or 7 times.

Had no problems until tonight, myself. Rubberbanding so bad that the game is unplayable, and the connection is lost every time a match finishes. Give us another day on this challenge, PGI.

From the time I started playing in January up until about a week ago, this was NEVER a problem. Now, getting disconnected from the game has been RAMPANT!

I put in several tickets.

There should be a new patch out next week, maybe Tuesday. Hopefully that will correct this disconnection issue.

Changing my DNS from ComCast to Google. Worked well yesterday and this morning. Back to crashing again. Get Cryengine errors instead of malformed packets.

Same problem here since the latest patch. Everything worked fine before the patch. Now, can't finish a single game without crashing to Mechlab. I've stopped playing completely. Hawken and other games work fine.

No issues at all from me in the United Kingdom of Englandlandshire. I'm guessing it's a combination of traffic routing and disruptions to services in certain areas which isn't necessarily the fault of PGI.

Chicago, IL. Comcast. Having to use a VPN as a work around but makes the game much more laggy.

Try the following. A few members posted that doing this helped with some connectivity issues. Or doing like one of the previous posters with changing their proxy.

Should add to the ISP, Location on whether ya wired or wireless, be the computer to router/gateway/modem or from modem to ISP.

The correct answer to this problem is as follows:
1. You must go into your router.
2. Enter the setup section.
3. Select MAC address.
4. Select user defined.
5. Change a few numbers and letters in the MAC address.
6. Save settings and reboot your computer and reset your MODEM.

This problem occurs when viewing the same site over a router from more that one computer or application at the same time for a period of time. This activates something in the server software that puts your IP address on a so called "BAND LIST". Your web hosting company will not be able to correct it because they don't know what is going on because they can see that it is working fine from their point of view.
Most common response is: Replace your router.
It works for them... But it is not the correct answer and it costs money to do so.

More Info:
If you check your IP address with and without your router, you will see that it is different. The MAC address on your router is different from the one on your modem. The MAC address helps define what your IP address is. If you are on an "IP Band List", you must change your IP. This is only possible through changing the MAC address on the router or calling you ISP, if you are not using a router.

And as to why using a VPN may help since it may be bypassing a problematic router farm.

When you establish a VPN connection to your VPN provider, you are basically establishing a virtual “tunnel” between your computer and that VPN server. Anyone and everyone else in between will not be able to see what you are doing inside that tunnel because it is encrypted. You are essentially then routing your data from your network to the VPN and then from them back on to the Internet. Therefore, your ISP has no way of even knowing that you are visiting Youtube or Twitch.tv. If they don’t have that information, they can’t possibly throttle your connection, can they? The diagram below should show you a much more clearer picture on how a VPN works:

aaaand still happening. Care to comment PGI? Anything would be nice, cause this is totally BS, I am so close to just uninstalling all together. If it wasn't for my love of Mechwarrior I assure it would have already happened.
