Same here, cant play the game, during lauch of the battlephase it crashes to desktop without an error.

It started happening to me two patches ago, before Thanksgiving. I emailed them:

I could not easily find where to report bugs so I hope this works. After
the most recent patch my client will crash upon loading up a game, after I
click on Launch. It has done this 5 out of the 8 times(post patch) that I
have tried to play. Also I have gotten the black screen 2 of those 8
times, which I have also gotten several times before the patch. I have not
had the crash bug before the patch though.
Attached is my Dxdiag.txt. Please feel free to email me back with any
other questions. I am a paying customer so this makes me kind of a sad
panda, beta testing aside. Have a nice day.

Which I did two times, one just today. The game crashed right after hitting the launch button, so business as usual. I have yet to email them back, so I will keep you posted.

I crash every 8-10 games as well, I play around 3 to 4 hours a day.

I only crash while playing though, right to desktop, no error, nothing. Seems like I crash when using zoom most of the times.

It has happened to me a few times but not all the time. I just reload the client and blame it on Beta bugs.

All you can do is submit an email to support and in your reply to the initial email attach your crashdump.dmp file. They are aware of the issue. I couldn't play at all today with 3 CTD's in a row and only one match. Then it started again 3 CTD's before I could play just one match. I'm hoping Dec 4th patch will address the issue or I may have to hang it up until the game is out of beta.

Yup, They givin us Hula girls and alot of us cant play due to crashes and frame rates.
Makes no sense to me.

I was having this issue all morning but only after switching it to load the game into full screen during a match. I was dropped from about 8 matches out of 11 this morning. I switched it back to windowed mode and haven't had a problem since. Hope this helps you guys.

New computer w/ latest drivers.
Fresh MWO install as of 12/2.

System Specs:
Windows 7
intel i7 quad core, lga 2011 socket
nvidia gtx 560 ti
Samsung 128gb SSD
Mushkin 4 x 4gb DDR3

No issues with any other games...

Same thing here. Have identical system specs. Except when my game crashes and I re-log I get the FRead error. Have to restart my comp and can maybe play a match before it crashes again.

I've been spam crashing on map load about 25-75% of the time (seems totally random, sometimes it happens constantly, sometimes not at all). I e-mailed support and tried a few tweaks, none of them worked. Then support basically said sorry, that's too bad, guess you're screwed and closed my ticket. Still crashing to this date, and feel bad for ruining peoples games with crashes, but nothing else I can do.

Intel Q6600 @ 2.4, GTX570, Win7 64-bit.
I continue to have CtDs with the latest patch.
I also did a clean install on 12/2. It didn't help.

Sometimes I have a run of bad luck - every attempt to drop crashes.
Almost always crash on the first attempt.
Sometimes I can go 8 games in a row and not crash.

I can't find any pattern, so assume it is random.
Change resolutions seemed to help for one boot.
After rebooting, it doesn't work.

Omicron log keeps giving me the same errors about "unsafe compressed textures".

Support keeps closing my tickets, and I don't see anyone from PGI acknowledging the problem beyond the poll in Known Issues.

Very disappointed, esp as someone who spent $120 on the game, haven't been able to play for weeks, and it looks like no one is working on the issue so I may never be able to play again.
