This is a huge problem for me, and I assume anyone else with multiple monitors.
Anyone have a work-around?
Needs to be fixed asap, infuriating issue.

Same problem. When I notice the cursor leaving the game and going to the other monitor I double tap ALT+TAB and it starts behaving again.

You can also just run in window mode, it might leak just a bit onto the other monitor but I haven't had that issue since I switched.
It was fun when you were turning and suddently the game window went away, lol.

My workaround ...
I have created several profiles for my system.
1. Single Monitor
2. Multi-Monitor
3. Eyefinity
Each one of them set to a key-shortcut. If I don't want to play MWO in Eyefinity (depends on the Mech I want to play), but on a single monitor, profile 1. will disable the extra monitors for good.
My concentration should be on the game, not on a second screen with other programms, so I don't need extra screen space. If the match ends and the mechlab comes up again, I can adjust and control the other programms that are running if needed.
As the extra monitors are not available, there is no way that I will lose focus to the game. If I need the extra monitors between matches for some reason, I can activate them within half a second by pressing my shortcut keys.

I have dual monitors, I have issues when I experience the on-screen cursor bug that stays on in game. Without that everything is fine, with that bug yes, it may happen that the cursor goes to the left monitor (I have 2).
The solution is to do 2-3 times the alt+enter (last one to restore full screen), until the cursor stays into the primary window only without slipping in the secondary monitor.

I play Full screen on a 42" tv with a 19" as secondary and dont have this problem. I thought this issue was fixed 4+ months ago.
I can also alt tab from game and use the second screen and the back with no issues, Update drivers maybe? I dont recall ever doing anything to fix it, but i did have it at one point and know that its a pain in the *** for sure.
