[Vex Zadoc]

Dear Team,
i playd MWO since yesterday. I played roughly 5 hours and bought my first mech.
Today i want to play as well, but after lock in i recive the following messeage: Network Request Timed Out.
Your offered fixing issue to troubleshoot my network connection does not work!
I´ve restarted my router, system and closing down my firewall, reinstall the game... nothing helped.
So i strongly reccomend your help with this problem to continue playing MWO.

PS: all other games work fine!

I have been having the same problem since the last couple weeks of May. I sent support emails but the solutions they gave didnt help
I just tried again after not even trying to log in after a week and still have the same error. "Network request timed out"
