I got stuck on what appeared to be a small tree, maybe 1/2 the size of my mech.

Not sure where exactly but it was near the base at A3 ish... a small river outlet.

The plan was to swing around so the hill next to the river blocked LOS of incoming mechs and turn around as soon as lock was broke... but no such luck
