Running around in a dogfight with another Spider 5D (me being one myself) as I was running on some tourmaline, I don't remember the precise location, but I could probably find it, I suddenly fell through the map, lost both legs and died.
Ofcourse, printscreen only gives me a black screen.. and I didn't have fraps or anything recording.. so no picture evidence for you.

Interesting! There have been a few other comments about units getting stuck on the tourmaline shards or sicking in quicksand.

There's definitely a hole in the geometry somewhere, A team-mate died from falling through the map in one of my matches not long ago.

Not sure where exactly. But in at least 2 maybe three matches I've seen guys post about it in chat. Not far from one of the starting points, it was in the first minute of the match I believe.

I think it's F9 or something that will give you the mechs map coordinates in XYZ.

Forest colony has a spot where you can escape the map, too. You walk through this rock, accellerate to approximately the speed of sound, then die.

I saw an enemy heavy fall through the road in River City once. There were maybe 4 enemies walking together and one slips through like its quicksand and the death message pops up seconds later.
