In the past seveal days, in spectator mode I have noticed the enemy paperdoll appear with wwwwwwwwwwwwwwww as the name underneath it.

However, I have had zero hud bugs in my own hud since the hud patch so its as though Im seeing another player's hud bug while spectating their hud.
