Which House Do You Feel Needs The Most Development To Be Interesting And Which House Do You Feel Is Pointless And Should Just Die?

Also, do you feel some Houses need a greater variety of characters? (for example, one house has too many cliché evil or heroic characters, one house always seems to have the really skilled heroes and somehow the enemy always seems to be redshirts even if we're told those guys are really skilled.)
