Well, it makes me feel distinctly nauseous as well. Quite horrible. It's not the reticule shake, it's the whole FoV shake that does it for me.

I think if the random shaking of the reticle is with the cockpit, it would fix alot of motion sickness.

Not both shaking randomly with your peripheral in a static state.
