From the introduction of mech paintwork, despite the addition of large color palette of premium colors later, there are still only five basic colors purchasable for CBs. One of them is olive, named "Basic Green", with which all the newly bought (non-hero) mechs are painted by default. Four others are Basic Red, Orange,Blue and Purple.

It's easy to see that for CBs only one can express his allegiance for Draconis Combine, Federated Suns, Lyran Commonwealth and Free Worlds League. Though basic colors are not too bright and fancy, they can serve that purpose well enough.

But when it comes to Capellan Confederation (though I'm not a big proponent of their mix of imperialism with communism, but I want to be impartial), there is no way to give Liao mech distinct appearance for CBs, because "Basic Green" is in fact camouflage olive, designed to blend, not to stand out, and is applied on all mechs by default. Things are even worse for Free Rasalhague Republic (Long Live Freedom!) - there is absolutely no Basic Cyan color.

Time and again I urge you developers to bring an end to this outrageous discrimination and supplement basic colors with Basic Cyan and Basic Green (really green, renaming current "Basic Green" to "Basic Olive" or "Camo Basic").
