Throttle Decay When Off

Hi,

I am now getting Throttle Decay whenever I type or press tab in game. I have throttle decay off in the settings and have only experienced this since the new patch.

Any Ideas?

Turns out it was my new joystick causing the issue. Nothing to see here :)
