What I'd prefer to seeing is a better Queue system... You queue up with 4 mechs... 1 of each class, and Matchmaker finds you a team that needs 1 of those 4 mechs. Queue pops saying they need a medium mech, would you like to join? If you select no then you go to the back of the Queue line and begin your wait all over again. This is to prevent people only playing one class only. And before you say I don't own such and such class... Good thing there are trial mechs, one of each class. This forces people to play other roles they may not be accustom to, but who knows, maybe they'll stumble onto something they like.

I think that can work for random engagements, but might need something different or tweaking for Community Warfare.
