Hello it's hoo344 wondering if you have to just download the patch and its finished or get the file from it and bring it to a MWO file. What do I do

Run the Mechwarrior online program the same as you always do.

There will be a bug blue button that says PATCH, press the Patch button, wait, and enjoy :ph34r:

For the record, should you experience a significant increase in Bugs after the patch, a fresh install (takes about 30 mins on an 10000 connection) will usually alleviate any game breaking issues such as CTDs :ph34r:
