After beeing a Legendary founder for nearly 1 year now i decided one more time to support this great game by buying an additional amount of MC s ( 12,000 for 49,99 USD or 38,51 € )
The problem is: i used the Ultimate Pay / pay by casch option.
After putting my credit card data i got the verification e-mail that says the "Service" will be delivered after the money would leave my credit card, wchich happended on 1st of june.
So the money was transfered at 01 june but until now no MCs hawe been delivered to my account.
Any ideas?

Well, after sending Tickets to
1) MWO support
waiting
2) Webbilling.com user support (where the transaction took place)
waiting
3) beeing redirected to thair partner -> Ultimate pay customer Service
waiting
4) and beeing redirected agan to PayByCasch service...
...i finaly got my MC´s in a total of fast gone 7 days after my money has left the credit card.
anyways, i m glad to get what i hawe paid for.
