So my Idea to to make a market where you can "loan" your mech to someone for a price. This would be based off of amount of matches/C-bills per match.

The market would limit use however As to Prohibit "loaning" one for 999 matches it would cap at 5 and you cannot loan the mech to the same person within a 24 hour time period. Also the Price would cap at around 50k per match.

this market would allow for newer players to go in and play a mech that is not on trial or a mech that is on trial but not fit horribly.

So example time: Player A puts a hunchback 4P on the market he has it cost 30k C-Bills per match and the buyer can choose from 1-5 matches. The mech would then have its paint stripped (to Prevent people from putting up Pink mechs and the sort) and put on the market. Player B wants to try a hunch 4P out before buying one but it is not on trial So he goes to the consignment market. Finds the mech Player A put up looks over the build likes it hits the Loan button and the mech is now in his loaned mech tab he now has 24 hours to use the mech in the amount of matches purchased for if he does not use it the money is forfeit to the loaner and is returned to him.

additions to this Idea would be welcome please add constructive responses Below.

Seems like a lot of work for not much benefit to the game. Especially considering the many serious outstanding problems.

The benefit would be that newer players can try mechs out without having to wait a month or two to get the new horribly put together trials. plus it creates the only actual player to player market that this game would have.
