Have been using the follow cicada 3m build for sometime now and i love it. max speed at around 110 with speed tweak, running 3 MLAS and 1 AC10 with 3 tons of ammo. Not forgetting ECM too, which allows me to hide from far and snipe with the AC10. if you do need to get up close, 3 MLAS and the AC10 does pack quite abit of punch.
Should the pesky lights go after you, at 111 speed, you do not necessary get outrun by the lights.
