Introduce a new ballistic weapon: Flechette Autocannon

In BT the flechette was an ammo type for autocannons but in MWO it could be adapted into a light ballistic weapon.

Flechettes are bullets that are shaped like an arrow ..aka they have fins to stabilize them in flight. Flechettes can also be paired up with self-propulsion systems..essentially making it a 'rocket propelled arrow shaped bullet'.

So, the flechette autocannon could become the ballistic version of the PPC:

Slots: 1
Tons: 1
ROF: 1 round per 0.2 seconds. (0.3 faster than AC2)
Damage: .5 per bullet.
Range: Matches AC2 range. Has minimal range of 50m (flechette rocket thrust needs to travel 20m to achieve penetration speeds).
Ammo per ton: 100
Heat: Half of AC2 heat.

Animation: MG tracer animation with little smoke trails.

Weapon cons:

1- Inaccurate at long range. The rounds will scatter in a cone past 500m range. Under 500m they fly decently straight. Think of them as an SRM with artemis past 500m and a machine gun with convergence under 500m.
2- Has no crit chances.
3- Bullet smoke trails quite visible and they can hamper visibility of the pilot if fired in large amounts.

Are flechettes not an anti- personal weapon and therefore useless against armour?
