Ballistic Weapons

Machine Gun: The damage is increased from 0.08 to 0.12/shell.

LB 10-X AC: The recycle is decreased from 2.5 to 2.0 seconds.


Missile Weapons

SRM 2/4/6: The damage is increased from 1.5 to 2.0/missile.


Energy Weapons

PPC: The heat is increased from 8 to 10.

PPC(ER): The heat is increased from 11 to 13.

Small Pulse Laser: The recycle is decreased from 2.25 to 2.00 seconds.

Medium Pulse Laser: The recycle is decreased from 3.00 to 2.75 seconds.

Large Pulse Laser: The recycle is decreased from 3.25 to 3.00 seconds.

MG would be still bad.

LBX would be still bad.

SRM would be still... not that good.

PPC is fine, no change needed.

Pulse Laser is uncreative, but a step in the right direction. so ok.

Pulse Lasers are likely getting an overhaul btw, not just CD .5 second tweaks.

PPC are a sniping weapon. The heat doesn't matter: cooldown is the key, we need at least 6 seconds cooldown time for PPC/ERPPC.

It means that you must carefully pick your shots and you are more vulnerable when someone is running circles around you.

For pulse lasers - lower the beam duration, not the recycle time. That will help them a lot more. I might also consider raising their range their normal laser counter-parts have.

Cooldown is also not a problem for snipers. Especially because of the heat, but also because snipers prefer moving in and out of cover and can afford a low DPS. All you risk doing is making the PPC useless for purposes other than sniping.

The latest nerf to the PPC cut off on the wrong end. DFS players ( in your terms probably "PPC brawlers"...) have been nerfed instead of boaters. DPS Builds have gone from average to ******* bad because of all that alphastrikeing that occured lately.

To fix this issue, there has to be done something about boating.

The other changes: I don't use MG's (in my opinion anti - infantry weapon) and LBX (Ac20 just excels it in everything). PL need certainly a buff. For the SRM's .. Well I don't know if 2 is already too much again. Probably worth a shot, but right now they are clearly too weak.

Agreed. A MPL with a duration of .25 seconds is a whole lot more interesting.
