New Performance/slowdown Issues

Since the latest patch, on some occasions (it has happened about 2-3 times), when I'm zoomed (standard zoom, not the advanced zoom module) in and there is a lot going on (several mechs brawling near me, etc) there has been a huge performance hit. Has anyone else encountered this recently, while not having had this problem prior to latest patch?

Check that your kinky bovine necro streams are disbled. Those just kill my fps.

I haven't run into this, but since it seems to just be since the last patch, have you tried running the repair tool to see if something got mucked up in the patch?
