Crash On Start

ok... first off. I have already insure ALL drivers are up to date. have done the check all .pak have insure that setting in game match those native to screen. I even went in and removed all items off my mechs and then rebuilt them in the lab. every time I hit launch.. either with a mech I own or a trial mech.. the screen flips to the small windowed black screen.. hangs there a bit, then shows me a dropped connection error. at that time I am forced to reboot both my computer and the router before I can even log back into my homepage. I have a modern I5 processor, and a 2 month old ASUS 660 GTX vid card. I know its not my system. so please, someone fix this game.

What happens if you do not reboot your router/modem? can not connect?

What is the make and model of the router?
What software firewall are you using on the computer?
