I have an ECM-Spider equiped with both ECM and BAP but I can not counter 2 Enemies.

But any Mech equiped with a BAP can counter me!

If BAP is to counter ECM then you MUST add me the ability to counter 2 ECM at once!

no regards for that, I have written that once :<

no....

1. ECM is already powerful enough
2. ECM is the only thing that can hard counter ECM
3. whoever has the most ECM in an area wins, need more ECM cover, run in a pack. . Although if you are being Tagged from outside your ECM bubble, doesnt matter how many ECM you brought with you, you can be targeted

all BAP allows is an expansion in the engagement windows envelope for SSRM's and LRM's.

This is functioning as designed and as the devs described.

I don't see a problem.

ECM and BAP are working as intended. The Dev's have stated that BAP's counter effect will not work if you have ECM installed. Thus...

If you have just ECM, you can go back and forth between Disrupt and Counter.
If you have just BAP, it acts like ECM that is permanently set on Counter and gives the other BAP benefits (range, target info gathering, target powered down mechs).
If you have ECM and BAP, your ECM controls whether you are on Disrupt or Counter, and BAP gives you the other sensor benefits.

If you have an enemy with ECM and you have ECM, you can choose to stay on Disrupt or to go to Counter, regardless of if you have BAP. If you just have BAP, you cannot choose to Disrupt him. The only time you should be overwhelmed is if you have multiple enemies with ECM, in which case you are outmanned and outgunned. The BAP change basically lets you counter ECM on non-ECM mechs, which makes non-ECM lights viable and makes SSRMs viable for light-hunting duties.

In short, there is no bug and no balance problem.

I'd also like to point out that calling people idiots, insulting their intelligence through your rhetoric, and saying "no regards" is not a good way to get a point across.
