A couple of thoughts/sugggestions

(1) Have you submitted a support ticket with the screen shot, system specs and a screen shot attached? A ticket allows them to investigate and populate the potential issues database better than a forum post.
(2) Have you tried running the repair tool

I've had this happen as well. For me, it usually happens in the training grounds after I've cleared my shader cache. I can't recall if I've ever seen it in a match, but I don't believe that I have.

This could be yet another training grounds vs live game issue, but not sure where OP encountered it.
