Who thinks the antenna are going to lead to a lot of from behind, front center torso coring?

I think certain cosmetic parts of existing mechs are not subject to damage(Highlander?). I imagine this will be the case with the Quickdraw as well.

Yeah, there's no way they'll put collision geometry on those antennae.

I think they should go on their respective side torso. This would give the Quickdraw a special quirk. The antennas will catch a lot of LRMs and protect the CT.

hitboxes are done seperately from the models. they can choose to not include antennas etc.
